Monika Niederstätter

Monika Niederstätter is one of South Tyrol’s most accomplished athletes. The former hurdler, specialized in the 400-meter hurdles, competed in two Olympic Games and achieved significant international successes. Today, she shares her experience as a mental coach, guiding young athletes to unlock their full potential—both on and off the track. With her energy, mental strength, and authenticity, she continues to inspire women to pursue their path with confidence. As a SHER ambassador, she stands for movement, self-belief, and a genuine passion for sport.
