What You Will Do
By joining the SHER team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with different business functions and gain a comprehensive understanding of sales and e-commerce operations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting sales activities at CASA SHER in Bolzano
- Assisting and managing inquiries from retail partners and direct customers
- Managing and monitoring online orders and shipments
- Supporting daily operations on the e-commerce platform, including content uploads, product updates, and data management
- Maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and inventory records
- Supporting warehouse and inventory management activities
- Performing general administrative and organizational tasks
- Assisting with the preparation of events, photo shoots, and promotional activities
- Supporting the organization of events at CASA SHER and in the surrounding area

Requirements
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with digital tools and online platforms
- Interest in e-commerce and retail
Language Skills
- German: Fluent (C2)
- English: Fluent (C2)
- Italian: Good (B2–C1)
