We are the creative bunch of a unique, constantly developing women sports brand and are looking for a female with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage new B2B customers. You will be the point of contact between SHER and its clients with a range of responsibilities including identifying prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to our products and services.


Lead SHER’s sales initiatives.
Establish and nurture a robust network of partners and clients.
Pitch and sell SHER products to wholesale and B2B clients.
Identify leads, schedule meetings, conduct effective sales calls, and oversee the sales process to secure new business primarily in Italy and the DACH region.
Meet both short and long-term sales goals, showcasing successful outcomes.
Monitor, evaluate, and present sales metrics.
Provide management with insights on customer needs, issues, market trends, and potential new offerings.
Contribute to special projects, including regional event coordination, and provide in-store sales support for Casa SHER.


You’re dedicated, facing each day’s challenges with a positive attitude.
Ideally, you bring solid sales experience to the table.
You effortlessly handle customer inquiries and oversee all sales activities in the market.
Problem-solving drives you, yet you handle routine tasks efficiently.
You’re adept at using sales management software, CRM systems, and Excel, and quick to adapt to new platforms.
Your skill set includes stellar sales, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational abilities.
Traveling for several days on business doesn’t faze you.
Tailoring presentations to meet audience needs is second nature to you.
You’re a sporty and driven individual, willing to go the extra mile to achieve success.
Your German and Italian are top notch, your English is also good to hear.
