GENERAL
These terms and conditions govern your use and purchase of the domains www.sheractive.com and their subdomains (hereinafter: the site) and shall apply to all your future transactions with SHER SRL (hereinafter: SHER; may be referred to as “we”) and visits to the site.
By clicking on the “”Place Order”” button, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please ensure that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions when using our site. SHER reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions and users should keep themselves informed of any such changes.
1. Products
SHER reserves the right to adjust prices, impose additional charges and change product information such as product images and offers without prior notice. The product images and information text available reflect the product as closely as possible, but we reserve the right to any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. We cannot guarantee that the colours on the website are true to reality. This depends in part on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.
2. Sale of products
– The products sold are subject to the service conditions indicated in the contract and published on the Website at the time of ordering. The purchase of products implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general conditions of sale, which shall remain valid and effective until they are amended and/or supplemented by SHER S.r.l.. Any amendment and/or integration will be effective from the date on which it is published on the Site, and will be applied to sales made from that date.
– The contract shall be concluded and binding on the parties when SHER S.r.l. sends the order confirmation to the Customer’s e-mail address indicated when registering with the Site.
– The customer can request [email protected] to cancel the order without charge at any time before the goods are shipped. If the goods are rejected during the delivery phase, the package will be returned to SHER and a refund of the order will be issued minus any duties and other additional costs.
– Prices and products may be changed/adapted without prior notice.
3. Prices:
Prices on the site are in SEK in Sweden, DKK in Denmark, GBP in the UK, USD in the US, CHF in Switzerland, NOK in Norway and in EUR for other countries. For customers visiting the site from countries with local currencies other than those offered, an estimated conversion to the local currency based on the current exchange rate may be displayed. Unless your local currency is not supported, you will be billed in EUR and the final price charged to your account or credit card will be calculated based on the applicable exchange rate on the day your bank or credit card company processes the transaction and according to their rates. SHER has no control over these rates and assumes no responsibility for any exchange rate differences or exchange fees charged by your bank.
All prices shown on the site include VAT. Please note that in some countries outside the EU, additional duties may be payable to local authorities on receipt of delivery. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. SHER has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. For more information, we recommend that you contact your local customs office before placing your order. Taxes and duties incurred for refused parcels are not covered by SHER.
SHER may change the prices of products listed on the site at any time and without notice, but such changes do not apply to products for which a shipping confirmation has been sent.
4. Shipping methods and times
Orders are shipped worldwide with GLS 24/48 at fixed rates. Shipping for orders over €100 is free. For orders under €100 we charge:
€10 shipping costs for EU countries
€25 for all other countries
Items are delivered to the shipping address provided by the Customer at the time of order. SHER S.r.l. shall not be liable for non-delivery due to an incorrect delivery address or telephone number. All additional costs arising from delivery complications or non-delivery shall be borne by the customer.
The delivery time of the products depends on the country of destination. SHER S.r.l. provides the Customer with an online tool that enables the status of the Order to be tracked.
At the time of delivery, ownership and the risk relating to the handling of the articles pass to the Customer.
We inform you that the information on the Site regarding the availability for shipment of the products is not updated in real time, also in consideration of the possible simultaneous access to the Site by several customers, and therefore the actual availability of individual products may vary during the same day with respect to what is reported on the site.
For a better experience and order management, the SHER website offers the possibility of registering with the site. This allows you to easily manage your orders and view your purchases.
6. Payment
Payment for products must be made at the time of ordering. We accept payment via Paypal, Apple Pay or Credit Card (Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express). The customer must check with the bank that the card issuer has enabled online shopping, and make sure to enter all the data correctly and have the password of the security circuits Verified by Visa and SecurCode by Mastercard, as appropriate. Using a credit card to shop online is a convenient and secure method. The site is committed to maintaining the security of your credit card information or personal data. All sensitive data is encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All data is then stored on secure servers. It remains the responsibility of the Customer to verify that their browser is SSL compatible in order to complete the order.
6. Right of refund
– The sale of products via the Internet is governed by Articles 50 et seq. and 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). The legislation provides for the right to withdraw from the contract, guaranteeing the customer the right to a refund on the product purchased and to obtain the refund incurred within 30 days of receipt of the product.
– Our aim is to guarantee full satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the order, he/she may exercise the right to return the purchased products within thirty (30) days from the date you received them from the Seller. The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a written notice by e-mail to [email protected] indicating the item reference (the 6-digit code, size and colour given in the order confirmation).
Furthermore, the right of refund cannot be exercised by the Customer if the product is not intact, that is:
– In the absence of the original article;
– In the absence of elements of the product;
– For damage to the product caused by the customer
In the case of BUNDLE, you must return the entire product package for a full refund. We will not be able to refund if we do not receive the entire package back.
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will send an email to inform the customer that we have received the returned item.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied based on the original payment method, within a specified number of days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially registered.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before a refund is registered.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
7. Returns
Returns are only permitted if SHER receives the shipment within 30 days from the date of delivery of the order.
The return label has a limited validity. In order to meet the deadline for returns, the customer must ship the goods within the specified period.
We provide prepaid GLS return labels worldwide on all orders. Refunds are issued net of a return fee to cover operational costs. Please note that one return label must be generated per order. It is not allowed to combine products belonging to more than one order. In the event that you wish to request several returns of the same order at different times, SHER only provides the return label for the first shipment.
Products must be returned properly protected, in a condition suitable for sale: new, unworn and unwashed. Items must be free of scratches, stains or hair and with all labels. All returns must include the original receipt.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days from the date of delivery of the returned product. Refunds are issued on the same payment method used for the purchase. If the customer has not followed the return instructions, the refund will be issued net of any duties, taxes, additional shipping costs.
All additional expenses caused by the handling of unauthorised returns or returns containing unauthorised products are charged.
Returns of gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the customer, we will issue a gift credit for the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, the customer will receive a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or if the donor received the order to deliver it to themselves at a later date, we will send a refund to the donor and they will find out about your return.

8. Promotions
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise specified.
The “now or never” promotion is temporary and cannot be combined with any other promotion.
9. Newsletter
The customer will receive a newsletter containing updates on products, services and promotions; the newsletter is produced by SHER S.r.l.
11.2. If registered, pursuant to art. 130, co. 4 D.. Legislative Decree 196/2003, the right referred to in paragraph 11.1 above may be exercised without the express consent of the customer, provided that the customer has refused consent to the processing of his or her data when registering with the same Site or on subsequent occasions – by using the link at the bottom of the email, or by sending a communication to the following email address: [email protected]
10. Privacy
SHER processes the data provided by the Customer in accordance with the general data protection legislation of the EU (GDPR) 2016/679. For more information you can consult the Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trade marks and copyright, in the Website and material published on it are owned by or licensed to SHER and its affiliates. You are authorised to use this material for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or in part, other than for personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of SHER. You may not modify the material in any way without the prior written permission of the copyright owner. For press enquiries, please contact us [email protected].
12. User content
The SHER website may include user-generated content, e.g. from social media applications. SHER does not claim any ownership rights to such content (images, photos, videos, etc.) and accepts no legal liability for it. In the event that you suspect a violation of copyright or any other right, or are otherwise offended by such content, please contact our customer service.
13. Replacement service for pad (chamois)
SHER offers a replacement service for the pad in case of wear and tear, after a minimum of one year after purchase.
The replacement may take up to 3 weeks after receipt of the returned item.
The cost for the replacement is 10€.
The returned short/bib short must be washed, dried and sent to the following address:

Shipping costs for the return and any insurance costs for damage or loss shall be borne by the customer. SHER will not be responsible for any taxes or customs duties which, if due, will be charged to the customer.
The replacement will be confirmed by e-mail. Stained, cut or damaged items will not be repairable.
SHER is not liable for abrasion due to saddles with stitching or embroidery.
